Agreement to use audio-visual material

I agree to allow the organisers of the Procura+ Conference, taking place in Lisbon on 13-14 March 2024, to use my image and audio that may be captured at the venue. I also allow them to publish, distribute and reproduce this material royalty-free, in all forms and in all media. This includes, but is not limited to digital distribution on the websites of the organisers, and via the organisers' social media channels as well as distribution in event-related publications.

General terms and conditions for registrations to the conference

Conference fee
The conference fee covers admission to the event, participation in all sessions, including conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, one reception, one dinner, and an agora session / study tour. 

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Please do not book your travel or accommodation until you receive written confirmation of your registration.

 

Substitution
Participants unable to attend the conference may transfer the registration to a substitute participant without additional cost. In this case, please inform the secretariat in writing and providing the names of the substituting person. Should the billing address need to be changed, participants need to inform the Secretariat in writing including the new billing address and the substitution email. The substitute participant should register as well and state under Remarks that they is replacing another participant.

 

Cancellation
Participants may cancel their registration at no extra cost if written notice of cancellation is received by the conference secretariat before 31 January 2024. The bank charges for the reimbursement of the fee will have to be covered by the participant. The organisers will reimburse only 50 % of the registration fee amount in order to cover the costs related to the commitments to the conference service providers (printed material, catering, etc.). Cancellations received after this date may be charged a cancellation fee of 50 Euro.


Liability
The programme and speakers are subject to change. Due to force majeure, unavailability of the conference venue, speakers being prevented or else, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the conference. In case of cancellation, all participants will be promptly informed. The cancellation due to low attendance will not be made later than two weeks prior to the conference. In this case, all registration fees will be reimbursed. 

 

Payment details
Full payment is required in order to confirm registration. A confirmation of payment will be sent via email (Please note however that payment receipts will only be issued upon request).
